Sustainability has always been at the heart of Mayra’s mission. Her approach to conscious living extends to sustainable practices, where Crystals serve as a tool for energy alignment and well-being, helping people engage in practices that elevate their lives and foster harmony with the world. This commitment to sustainability was central during her time as Chief Sustainability Officer at Banorte, where her visionary leadership made the bank a global leader in environmental and social responsibility. Under her leadership Banorte became Mexico’s first bank to join the Dow Jones Sustainability Index; further, Mayra was instrumental to the creation of Mujer Banorte, which opened financial services and new opportunities for 340,000 Mexican women. Now leading IXIM, Mayra continues her legacy by crafting innovative products and experiences that enhance the mind, body and spirit connection.

Today, through IXIM and Instituto Xilonen, a foundation she co-founded dedicated to elevating global consciousness, Mayra continues to craft groundbreaking products and experiences that enhance the mind-body-spirit connection. By strategically placing high-frequency Crystals in over 20 countries, her work spreads positive energy worldwide and guides transformative self-discovery for individuals everywhere.

Currently, Mayra serves as a board member of the Synergos Institute. Since 2012, she has been a fellow of the Aspen Institute’s First Movers Fellowship Program, whose mission is to encourage business leaders to think long-term and act in the best interests of society. Mayra holds a B.A. of Arts in Graphic Design from Universidad Iberoamericana and a Certificate in Administrative Science from Harvard University. Additionally, she expanded her knowledge and skills by studying at the One Spirit Learning Alliance in New York City. Mayra travels constantly, but what she values most is spending time with family and loved ones.
